Hosts must approve or decline a renter's reservation within 48 hours or it will be automatically declined. However, we recommend hosts approve or decline the reservation as soon as possible.

Many of our renters need to find a storage solution quickly so they appreciate knowing whether or not your space will work as soon as you do. If no action is taken 48 hours after the renter placed the reservation, the reservation is automatically declined and a notification email will be sent to both the host and the renter.
