When a renter places a reservation it means the renter has looked at your listing and wants to store their belongings with you. Congrats! Now it’s time to decide if it will work for you. To make this decision you’ll want to look at the renter’s list of stored items and the short description of their storing needs. While it’s uncommon, you should decline reservations with items on the list of prohibited items in Neighbor’s Terms of Service (illegal, hazardous, flammable, or perishable items).
Keep in mind that no one likes to be turned down. Neighbor encourages you to be sure to make every effort to positively respond to each request even if you need to decline it.
