Hosts have 48 hours to approve or decline a storage reservation request. They are notified as soon as a potential renter requests to reserve their space. 

For best results, we encourage renters to reach out to hosts through the messaging function before they reserve the space if they are on a tight schedule. (See Can I talk with the host before reserving the space?) This communication allows for hosts and renters to make sure it is a good fit for both parties before the reservation is made and approved. 

If for some reason you don't hear back from a host within the 48 hours, feel free to reach out to our Customer Success team for additional support by emailing support@neighbor.com
