You will need to enter your credit card information when you reserve a listing. When a reservation is placed, Neighbor issues a pending authorization charge.  In the unlikely event that the reservation doesn't work out, the hold will be released and the funds will become available in your account again.

You are welcome to message a Host prior to placing a reservation. Simply scroll to the bottom of the listing and click the button that says "Contact Host."

After you start your rental period, you will be charged monthly on the day of the month you started. For example, if you start your reservation on December 25, you will pay the first day when you place the reservation, and then following months on the 25th of each month.

If you need to change the credit card on file at anytime, you can go to Payment Methods on your profile and fill in the new payment information.
