Although it is uncommon, sometimes a host might need to decline your reservation request. You will not be charged for any storage reservation that was not approved by the host. 

All you have to do is place another reservation. If you would like help finding the perfect storage space, feel free to reach out to the Neighbor Customer Success team! 

To ensure a host will approve a reservation, you can message them before you make a reservation. For more information on how to message a host see "Can I talk with the host before reserving the space?"
