No, and there is no need to do so! All reservations placed on Neighbor renew on a month by month basis. This makes it convenient for you as the host because you’re not locked into a long term agreement. Often times, renters don’t know the exact duration of their storage needs so Neighbor makes it convenient and hassle free for both hosts and renters.

Renters pay to reserve your space up front. Then, they will be charged on a month by month basis until they move out and cancel the reservation. It is a renter’s responsibility to cancel their reservation after they move out otherwise they will be charged for another month of storage (see our cancellation and refund policy). 

Neighbor guarantees your payout, meaning that even if your renter stops paying, we will still pay you while their items are with you and the reservation is active (terms and conditions apply). Neighbor has your back!
