What does it mean to be Neighborly?

Treat everyone with respect and kindness.

When in doubt, engage with kindness. Assume positive intentions. Avoid being judgmental or biased. Do not share offensive content.

Be honest and truthful in your representation.

Only rent out space for which you have permission to use. Describe your space and your storage needs accurately. Be honest and transparent about who you are.

Follow the law and the rules of Neighbor.

Do not engage in illegal activity, or promote the illegal activity of others. If you see something suspicious, report it to the Neighbor team and proper authorities. Be familiar with the Terms of Service and Cancelation and Refund Policy.

Treat other's property with care and respect.

Leave the space as it was when you moved in. Do not rearrange or touch other people's items.

Keep it on Neighbor.

For your safety, protection, and to secure the benefits of using Neighbor, all reservations, payment, and communication should be through the Neighbor platform. Respect other's privacy and protect your own.
