Before you approve a reservation, you can view the details of the reservation request under your [My Listings](https://www.neighbor.com/dashboard/listings) page. A pending reservation shows the renter's profile, a description of the items they want to store, and how long they plan to rent your space.

In order to provide quick and easy storage for our renters, hosts have a 24-hour approval window for all reservation requests. If you are unable to approve a reservation request within 24 hours, the reservation request will automatically expire.
