When creating an account on the Neighbor platform, users will need to verify their email address. This step helps to keep our online community safe!

When you first create an account on [Neighbor](https://www.neighbor.com/), we will automatically send a verification message to the email address you signed up with. 

### If you can’t find the verification email, here’s how to send one again:

1.  Visit your [Profile](https://www.neighbor.com/dashboard/442833/profile) and click [Private Information](https://www.neighbor.com/dashboard/442833/profile/private)
2.  In the “Personal Identification” box on the right, you will see your email address
3.  Click “Resend verification email”
4.  Check your email for a message like below, and click “Confirm My Email”
