For the safety and protection of our hosts, Neighbor does not allow renters to live or work inside storage spaces. Listings on our platform are solely meant for storing items. Allowing a renter to live or work inside a storage space voids important protections like the [Host Guarantee](https://www.neighbor.com/host-guarantee) or [Payout Protection](https://kst.mr/rJ43jUQ59), and is against our [Terms of Service](https://www.neighbor.com/terms-of-service).
