Maximize your earnings with Neighbor’s Smart Pricing feature! This free feature automatically adjusts your listing price higher or lower depending on renter demand, or leaves your price the same if no change is needed. 

### To add Smart Pricing to your listing:

1.  Find the published listing you want to change under the [My Listings](https://www.neighbor.com/dashboard/442833/listings) page
    
2.  Click the “Edit” button on the listing
    
3.  Next, scroll down to “Price”, and click the “Edit” button
    
4.  Switch on the tab next to “Smart Pricing” 
    
5.  Set the minimum amount you want to make and start maximizing your earnings! 
    

Our goal for Smart Pricing is to increase the chances of your space being reserved by adjusting your price through our innovative system. You will be able to see your price at any time. You may also manually adjust your price anytime as long as your listing is not reserved.
