During an **active** reservation, your credit card will be [automatically charged](https://kst.mr/SyGTkCFT9) at the beginning of each [monthly rental period](https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1tENuSGh0OiakHa79bp3l8a2iVZ_B8crqCHC-Yuv-BVY/edit). This ensures that your rented space is being paid for on time, every time! 

If your payment fails on the monthly renewal date, our system will attempt to charge your card over the next few days. You’ll also receive an email letting you know that your payment needs to be updated. **If you fail to make full payment within ten (10) days of the due date, a late fee will be charged to your account in the amount indicated below:**

California

$10 where the monthly rental fee is $60 or less; $15 where the monthly rental fee is greater than $60 but less than $100; $20 or 15% of the monthly rental fee, whichever is greater, where the monthly rental fee is $100 or more

New Jersey

$20 or 18% of the monthly rental fee, whichever is greater

North Carolina

$15 or 15% of the monthly rental fee, whichever is greater
