Our Payout Protection is one of the many ways we back up our hosts! In the rare event a renter stops paying, Neighbor guarantees the host up to two months of payouts while the renter’s items are still in the rental space.  

With Payout Protection and our $1 Million Host Guarantee, our hosts can be confident in renting their unused space on Neighbor.
